She studied business and psychology. After college she worked for various groups of physicians until she fell into the field of Dermatology. After managing and medical assisting, Chrissy got her Medical Aesthetics Certification. Chrissy worked under the physician as a medical aesthetician performing: laser skin and hair removal treatments, scar reduction, body contouring, dermaplaning, facials, chemical peels, medical treatments and products. Chrissy also began her path into cosmetic esthetic treatments, she became 3x certified in lash extensions, make-up, and styling! After working in the aesthetics field, she fell in love with restoring confidence and making women feel and look their best. Chrissy quickly grew and decided aesthetics was her passion, in 2018 Chrissy purchased Anne Bonny’s Waxing Studio. Chrissy added her skill, knowledge and touch to the salon, expanding services to include: lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, facials, chemical peels, tanning, teeth whitening and skincare! With this, she renamed it Anne Bonnys Lash & Skin Boutique! In 2021, the team proudly opened the second location in Johns Island! Building on her artistry, Sylvia expanded into the aesthetics and lash industry, founding Flutter, a studio dedicated to eyelash extensions and advanced beauty services. She is a published author and an Advanced Certified Lash Designer through Xtreme Lashes. She has been a licensed esthetician for over 15 years and earned her Master Esthetician License in Washington State, reflecting her commitment to ongoing education and excellence in skincare.
